      All sales of jewelry, accessories, and SALE items are FINAL. No exceptions.

      Returnable merchandise will only be exchanged or store credit will be given. No cash or credit card refunds of any form.

      Items must be returned for exchange or credit within 7 business days. No exceptions.

      All items returnable must have tags on them. If the item has been worn or has any odor, for example, perfume, food, or smoke, the item will not be exchanged or store credit will not be given.

      If the item does not have a receipt, the lowest sale price will be given if exact item is not exchanged.



      All shipping costs on returns are at the customer’s expense.
      ALL Returns are for store credit or exchange ONLY. All returns will be eligible for store credit or an exchange if the following applies:
      All items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.
      All items must be received by Cotton Belles within 14 days of the original purchase date to be issued a store credit.
      If your item does not meet the above criteria, please do not return.
      If your item does meet the above criteria, please include your name, order number and contact information and the reason for return.

      All SALE merchandise, PROMO gift with purchase transactions, Jewelry, Seasonal items, and undergarments are FINAL SALES.

      Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.

      The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.

      **Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.**

      Items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted as returns.

      Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.

      If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.

      The Exceptions: Items in the "Clearance" section, anything discounted, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final and cannot be returned.

      **Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted AND WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.**

      Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

      Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order.

      Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

      WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER

      Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

      Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
